I spoke at the Missouri Employment Conference last year and so happy that I did. I met a lot of smart people, made some new business contacts, and even got a new client out of it! I’m looking forward to going to the conference in the future.
You ladies did a great job facilitating this conference. As a speaker, giving a zoom presentation is a real challenge; we miss out on the direct interaction with the audience. When I present, I always want to engage the audience and make sure I am delivering content that they feel is relevant. Plus, I like to keep it lively and humorous when possible. Considering the Covid-19 situation, your zoom style conference was absolutely the best possible solution. A real testament to your team! (I did get some positive feedback that my session was perfectly audible and had no streaming issues – Great job Lisa coaching me and being there to assist – I could have not had a better person to get me organized and prepared!!)
I would be eager to do more of these. (I have plenty of topics) I feel the face to face is still the best, but the Zoom style to fill in or supplement throughout the year, could possibly also be good. (may grow your participants also)
